The 2-day Team of Leaders™ program caters for leaders who lead management, functional and project teams. During the program the leaders learn to value and to leverage diversity of personalities and preferences, and are introduced to the traits of effective and coherent teams: trust, accountability, dealing with conflict, and focus on performance.

The program will allow leaders of teams and leaders in teams to better collaborate, and to become more effective and coherent as a team. The program is immediately applicable and enables leaders and teams to create a common direction, alignment and commitment. This results in higher performance.

The Team of Leaders™ Program - Senior, functional or project teams

The challenges faced by teams differ a great deal from those faced by individual leaders in an organization.
